Special Cable Project Introduction

　　Siait Cable Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Company”) is the subsidiary company of Anhui Siait Cable Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Group”) which was established and registered in July, 2009 in Wuhu City of Anhui province.
　　The proposed special cable project of the company is the high-tech industrialization project in Wuhu city of Anhui province. This project locates at high and new technology industrial development zone of Wuhu city with a total investment of over 700 million RMB in which fixed assets accounts for more than 500 million RMB. This project covers an area of two hundred thousand square meters in which the established standardized steel-structure factory building accounts for more than ten hundred thousand square meters, and the total building area is two hundred thousand square meters. The construction of this project begins in December, 2009 and will be put into service in October, 2010. After being put into production, its capacity will reach to three billion RMB and can produce sixteen categories and thousands models and sizes cables which will be widely used in the field of oil, chemical engineering, electricity, metallurgy, railway, shipping, military, aerospace and construction, etc. To further enhance brand quality and provide high-quality services for user units, the company introduces more than 500 sets advanced production and detection equipments at home and abroad, such as Germany TROESTER 35KV plastic-sheathed curing production line, Switzerland Maillefer 110KV 12-segment curing production line and Finland Nokia 35KV cross-linking production line, etc.
　　New productive capacity after this project is completed: the annual production of nuclear power plant cable is 2200 km, marine oil platform cable is 450km, mine cable is 750 km, railway rolling stock cable is 14500 km, railway digital signal cable is 8000km and medium-voltage cross-linking frequency converter special cable is over 4000 km. In addition, the number of new job offers is 1200, which helps to a better and faster economy development of Wuhu’s economy.
　　This project conforms to national industrial policies and is an actual inflection that the Group responds to the policy of creating harmonious society and vigorously promoting new high technology as well as the industrial development requirement of “Low Carbon Economy”. 　　The group was established in 1992 which is a professional cable manufacturer that specialized in research and development, production, marketing and service. It locates at the one of the four national electric wire and cable manufacturing base-Gaogou special cable manufacturing base in Wuwei city. It is a national level high-tech enterprise and brand-name product and famous trademark enterprise of Anhui province. The group covers an area of 240 thousand square meters with a total asset of 840 million RMB. At preset, the group has approximately 1000 employees in whom there are 79 senior and intermediate technical staffs. In addition, it has more than 1000 sets advanced production and detection equipments at home and abroad which can produce sixteen and more than thousands models and sizes cables. It could produce more than 300 thousand km various cables annually with a capacity of 2.5 billion RMB. It is the top ten taxpaying enterprises in the national electric wire and cable manufacturers.
　　The group products are widely used in the field of oil, chemical engineering, electricity, metallurgy, railway, shipping, military, aerospace and construction, etc. At the same time, we produce wires and cables in accordance with the advanced international standards, such as IEC, ASTM, UL, CE, JIS, VDE, BS and NF, etc. The products were sold all over the country and were exported to foreign countries. In recent three years, 10% of the products were exported to some Middle East and North Africa countries and areas, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Sudan and Algeria, etc. The group is an excellent supplier and cooperative partner of CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and five national power companies.
